Hi, I’m Mandy and I live in Shrewsbury. I am a fully accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist, specialising in solution focused techniques. My aim and passion in life is to help people be the very best version of themselves.

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a wonderful relaxing therapy, with the aim of looking at what your life would look like if you were coping better with the challenges you have.
There is no digging around in the past or trying to analyse the cause of the problem. Instead, we will focus on your best hopes and what you want to achieve. I will then support you in taking small steps towards this, by combining positive talking therapy and relaxing hypnosis.
It also recognises that each person is unique and the therapy is therefore specific to individual needs.
I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence and self-esteem, irregular sleeping patterns and other anxiety related conditions. I help them to change their negative thought patterns, whilst gradually developing a feeling of being more in control of their lives again.
I provide a safe and friendly space, in a very relaxing private therapy room in Shrewsbury. I am very close to the town centre, so if you live local to Shrewsbury I am within easy walking distance from the bus and train station and close by to many car parks. I also offer on-line sessions for clients who prefer to stay within the comfort of their own homes.
