TERMS & CONDITIONS
I am very pleased you have chosen me as your therapist to help you move forward with your life. Participation and commitment in your therapy are really important and provided you are willing to make changes, it can be highly effective. To get the best out of your therapy I will be encouraging you to express yourself positively and to use the relaxation recording in-between sessions on a regular basis. It will also be important for you to attend regular sessions.
Therapy Sessions & Fees
Each standard session lasts approximately one hour and the agreed fee per session is as stated on www.mandyholmeshypnotherapy.co.uk. Fees are payable in advance for the initial consultation and in advance for each session booked thereafter. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. This may be subject to change from time to time, but any change in fees will be agreed between us. On receipt of your payment, I will then confirm your session appointment via email.
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice of cancellation via telephone, text or email in order to receive a 70% refund. (the charge is to cover the cost of the room). If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, then the full session fee will apply unless I’m able to fill the appointment time with another client. Please note, exceptions may be made with on-line clients.
If you need to rearrange an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible as it increases the chances of being able to offer you an alternative in the same week.
Arriving Late for an Appointment
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed.
Confidentiality
In order to ensure continued best practice, I receive regular clinical supervision of my work with clients. During supervision it may be necessary to review your treatment but any reference that could allow you to be identified is removed. Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence with the following exceptions:
- Self-Harm: I may need to contact your GP if it appears that you are suicidal or intend to carry out serious self-harm.
- Abuse or Injury to a Minor: I am legally required to report any abuse towards a minor to the appropriate authorities should you divulge any such information to me.
It is always advised that you consult your doctor before having complementary therapy, including hypnotherapy.
It is important to note that results may vary from person to person and even though I have great successes with my clients, desired results can never be 100% guaranteed.
The client will be treated with respect and care at all times.
